North Department of Public Safety Facility

Project Information
The North DPS Facility Project will be funded through Crime Control and Prevention District funds. The Crime Control and Prevention District was approved by Southlake voters in November 1997, and is funded through a half-cent sales tax on purchases made within the City.

The project site is located at the northeast corner of E. Dove Rd. and N. White Chapel Blvd. The proposed facility will support Fire and EMS operations in the north side of the City and double as a training facility for both police and fire personnel. It will include a one story building to house training classrooms and a fire station, an indoor firing range and the potential for a four story training tower.
