1. How do I (or my company) become a vendor with the City of Southlake?

In order to become a City of Southlake vendor, you or your company representative must complete the required documents included in the Vendor Certification Program. Please contact Purchasing with any questions at 817-748-8940.

2. When do I receive my payment?

All invoices are paid no later than 30 days past the later of the invoice date or date of acceptance of the product or service by an authorized city representative in compliance with the Prompt Payment Act. Please contact Accounts Payable with any questions at 817-748-8187.
